Q: How tall should my stools be?

It depends on the height of your table or counter. Here is a helpful chart:

Q: What is the weight limit?


Q: How far can you ship your stools?

We ship our stools fully assembled so that they are completely finished upon delivery. This however increases the cost of shipping. We can ship just about anywhere but highly suggest looking into having a local furniture dealer purchase them for you in order to keep shipping costs down.

Q: Can I pick up my stools?

Yes, we would love to give you a tour of our shop

Q: Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Yes, if you would like to purchase 8 or more stools please contact us to discuss a discount.

Q: Can I resell your stools?

Yes with our permission, If you would like to become a ProRustics dealer please contact us.

Q: What type of wood do you use?

We use Fir and Larch lumber but will use hardwoods by request.

Q: Can I get something engraved on the seat?

Yes, we have access to a local wood engraver. Please contact us about your custom engraving questions.

Q: Can I bring something I built to be stained and clear coated in the shop?

Yes, you can. Give us a call to discuss pricing and scheduling

Q: Will you deliver my door and trim package to the job site?

Yes, we gladly offer free local delivery.

Q: What is the lead time on pre-finishing?

We usually plan for 4 weeks lead time for any large pre-finishing orders.
